The staff was friendly and helpful. i liked the weekly cocktail party, it created a fun atmosphere. it was a surprise when i received a late check out and lunch because i missed dinner (i appreciate this so much!). sanjiv and kevin provided really good service.

I noticed a slight lack of menu variety . I wanted to go out in the evening to eat.

the hotel is located near grand baie with easy access. the hotel is nestled amidst lush greenery, which offers a peaceful stay. grand baie is easily accessible from this location. it's a tranquil retreat for adults.

the breakfast had good variety. the half-board option included fine dining. i was personally asked about my dinner preferences (between fish or scampi) and it was a nice touch. the food and cocktails were amazing.

the staff was very professional and cute (they really made an effort!). the staff are always attentive and willing to have a nice conversation. kevin and sanjiv took great care of me. staff are very welcome and helping.
