great staffair conditioning problem

the staff was great. they assisted me whenever i needed something, acceptable.

The air conditioning in my loft suite room barely worked. it was like a sauna. I requested a different room, but that one also had the same air conditioning problem. you just cannot keep the temperature consistent, a letdown in a hotel like this.
