disappointing service. the room wasn't the best either.

the location is amazing! it is central to everything you need.
the staff was not helpful! we were given incorrect breakfast hours, causing us to miss breakfast both days. we were still charged for the meals.

The room included a coffee machine. It worked well. the hotel has a shuttle to and from the parking area. This was convenient. breakfast had a superb view. It was on the lake.
