the beautiful suite room offered a fantastic lake view. the room was very clean. i appreciated the proximity to the ferry terminal. i had a great stay, everything met my expectations.
the staff's behavior was quite unwelcoming, making the stay far less enjoyable than it could have been.

The location was very central. i had easy access to the ferry and various restaurants. Souvenir shops also lined the streets nearby. the hotel provided detailed directions before arrival, which i found very helpful. checking in and out was fast and efficient, i appreciated that.
the staff seemed quite strict. i heard that check-in began at 3 pm, not a second sooner. i observed there wasn't a dedicated closet or area to store luggage securely, bags were kept next to the kitchen. i noticed breakfast was included, but the selection seemed quite basic.

the room was clean and spacious. breakfast included a nice selection of items each morning. the staff was friendly and helpful. A magnifying mirror was in the bathroom and i LIKE it.
there Was a tiny delay during check-in.
