easy luggage kind server

the location was directly near the ferry. i could move my luggage easy back and forth. breakfast included many options i thought was nice. servers showed kindness and was cute.

the lock on our bathroom door were missing. they covered the hole with black plaster tape after i made a complaint.

my room provided excellent lake views. the hotel restaurant proved very good. i had dinner there two nights. the hotel sits close to the best viewpoint. it is only a five-minute walk.

the shower could not be properly adjusted and would always spray out onto the floor. it was very hot without air conditioning.

The room got very hot and stuffy, even with the windows open I noticed three spiders in the room upon arrival. The shower design was unsafe. It was hard to climb in and out of the tub!

perfect location helpful staff shuttle service

The location was amazing. It sits just steps from the ferry landing. i found the staff cute and helpful during my entire stay. the complimentary shuttle service to the parking area was especially useful.. i didn't expect that.

The hotel has multiple buildings. I received a room in a separate building. it required a short walk from the main reception area, which might inconvenience some guests. this wasn't ideal, but manageable.
