The room got very hot and stuffy, even with the windows open I noticed three spiders in the room upon arrival. The shower design was unsafe. It was hard to climb in and out of the tub!

The location was amazing. It sits just steps from the ferry landing. i found the staff cute and helpful during my entire stay. the complimentary shuttle service to the parking area was especially useful.. i didn't expect that.

The hotel has multiple buildings. I received a room in a separate building. it required a short walk from the main reception area, which might inconvenience some guests. this wasn't ideal, but manageable.

the hotel provides complimentary water and nice shower products. breakfast offered a wide variety of food choices. guests can book a private sauna which includes a large sauna, an infrared sauna for one person, and rocking lounges.
