Underwhelming Stay. Disappointing Room.
cheap drinks parking lot view
The room was not what I expected. I booked a room with a sea view but got a view of the parking lot. The noise at night was also quite bad. I could hear the traffic. The all-inclusive drinks were really watered down and tasted cheap. We were expecting top-shelf liquor but the bar seemed to cut corners. This made the evenings less enjoyable. Overall the experience didn't match the advertised luxury.

mixed experience, location disappointing
worn condition dirty beach
the hotel is a little worn. the location is not ideal, with building debris and rubbish near the entrance. the beach is shingle and dirty, which i found really unpleasant.

The staff were kind. The beach is kept well.
The gym had no air-conditioning. The equipment was out of date and broken. I would not recommend it and would not return.

amazing massage rooftop pool
I had a massage at aegeo spas! Georgia, the therapist, was professional, offering an really good experience. The private rooftop pool was AMAZING. It was so close to the beach. This is perfect. The buffet food tasted great.

The staff was quick to address requests and always greeted guests with a smile. They ensured every need was met promptly. Housekeeping maintained immaculate standards. The team was thorough and attentive. The spa staff was really polite and professional.

i found a really clean area at this hotel. the suite featured two sinks. daily towel service exists. i enjoyed the private beach access.

friendly staff beautiful beach area many sunbeds pigeon poop broken lift tea bag replenishment
the staffs was friendly. the beach area is nice. there are many sunbeds to chose from. the outdoor facilities were beautiful and well maintained.
my room wasn't great. there were pigeons roosting all over the place, and poop everywhere. the lift only went to the floor below me. tea bags and milk were only replenished twice.
