The hotel was clean. That was something I immediately noticed. Breakfast offered a great choice of tasty foods. I was very happy. The staff accommodated my request to have two rooms close to each other.
The air conditioning did not work as well as I had hoped. It seemed to disconnect on its own after only ten minutes. The room ended up a bit too warm.

The room featured blackout curtains, great for sleeping in. A comfortable bed and quiet air conditioning enhanced the experience. I enjoyed the bright junior suite.

The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, about 25 minutes walking distance. Bus stop 17 is right in front of the hotel. The bus takes you to the center in 15 minutes.

The hotel included a little cafeteria called Granier, convenient. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. I appreciated the delicious cakes available.

the location is good. it has proximity to both the airport and the city centre. the staff are friendly and helpful and provided everything i required. they were really nice too help me.
the shower glass was not long enough. water seeped out from the shower and the floor got wet, this was very inconvenient. also, the rooms are too small and the luggage compartments arent big enough for large suitcases.

Great stay near Rosaleda

The hotel smelled nice I noticed a green tea scent. The bed was comfy. The hotel is next to a shopping center. This made it easy to buy snacks. The number 17 bus stops in front and goes to the center.
The cleaning service missed some details such as emptying the trash. This was a minor inconvenience. It did not detract from the overall stay.

the room had air conditioning that worked perfectly and i appreciated the soundproofed walls. the breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of options i enjoyed. quick check-in made my arrival smooth. the hotel provided a fridge and minibar in the room that was very useful.
The bathroom shower glass did not fully prevent water from seeping out. The bathroom floor got wet.
