amazing aqua park colorful fish
I appreciated the aqua park. It was AMAZING!!! The pools were clean. The beach is close with a shuttle every 15 minutes. The beach is rocky, but there is a bridge for snorkeling. I could see colorful fish.
The luna park is open from 7 pm to 11 pm, but some playground equipment is slightly dated.

tiny stage corporate event
the staff was nice (i really felt welcome).
I'm just back from my stay and honestly, it was pretty disappointing. They had a corporate event on. they moved the entire evening entertainment to a tiny stage with barely any space, and i couldn't see anything. it killed the atmosphere i was expecting.

dated room subpar food
The pools are fabulous. This was a plus for the duration of my stay
the room i was given was quite disappointing it felt dated the bathroom especially looked like it had not been renovated in a long time and had mold the shower leaked and it was quite unpleasant i expected better cleanliness but it was not up to standard i also found the food to be subpar and unappetizing

the water park was nice. it had opening times included in the information pack. the food was good and there was variety. they opened the closed bar for ME to watch football.
the driver took me to bad shops. HE received commission for it. reception IS not very helpful. THEY charged extra for an extra night, even after I asked in advance.

wonderful resort experience
huge lobby kind staff fun rides
the resort is very well maintained in every detail, with a fine structure, a huge lobby, and an aqua park that feels like disneyland! there are so many fun rides for children. the room was spacious and very clean. the resort staff were kind and helpful. the entertainment team was fantastic! they organize lots of activities involving both children and adults. they are all friendly and enthusiastic. rachele is an amazing girl. my daughter fell in love with her ❤️ she danced with her every evening and even taught her yoga 😄 adela is also very sweet and kind, always ready to inform us about the daily activities. thanks to all of you, our vacation was even more special! we will definitely come back soon. i highly recommend this wonderful resort 🥹 we already miss it so much!
