constant noisechaotic buffet
the food was alright but the buffet setup felt chaotic it seemed like they put the salads miles away from everything else and i swear i walked a marathon just to get some dessert i needed a vacation from the buffet. i also really did not like that there was no lift for the back rooms after a long day.

The accommodation was impeccably clean. the location was perfect. It was conveniently close to key attractions and well-connected for exploring the area. housekeeping was attentive. customer relations booked us a restaurant. the staff were always ready to assist. They made sure all my needs were met promptly!

The hotel system includes three hotels, so you can use the facilities of all of them. it includes food, water parks, and beaches! there are many pools. It made swimming accessible. always there were available sunbeds. That ensured comfort.

The room was spacious. it was also very clean and tidy! the bed was super comfortable. It guaranteed a restful sleep. updated rooms are really good. They offer a relaxing environment!

The staff were excellent. they could not do enough for you! the front seat helped me enormously with numerous things. I found it very hard to do. customer service was accurate. It was rapid and offered the best service ever.

The pools are so clean. a variety of dishes exists and provides excellent food. The room I stayed in was cleaned regularly and the staff did this to a high standard.

the reception staff, especially kerim, was very good and helpful. the resort had a fun atmosphere and catered to all family members. it featured two kinds of beaches including a lagoon with deep water and an open sea beach with clear water. i also found the staff invaluable and professional.
the cleaning in our room could have been better, though we did get fresh towels daily.

i stayed in a most popular room sea view. the room had air conditioning that worked very well. i appreciated the daily cleaning service. the beach access was direct and convenient. the hotel had several shops, a useful thing.
the television only had local channels. though the shows were not that good.

the staff were quite helpful, answering questions without seeming too annoyed.
the food was repetitive and bland, tasting like reheated leftovers every single day. i suspect a pigeon even took a bite out of my roll one morning. i ended up eating out most of the time.
