The location is very convenient. It has easy access to a shopping mall. The room was spacious and well kept. Air conditioning worked perfectly (a real blessing!).
Parking fees seemed a bit unnecessary for hotel guests.

the hotel room was clean, and its size met my expectations. The proximity to the mall made shopping trips very simple, and i appreciated that. Breakfast offered many choices. The front office team provided an efficient check-in. I found parking quite convenient. Near hotel locations, smoking area clean.

I loved the location! it was across from sunway putra mall. Shopping was easy. the overhead bridge with an escalator made access easy. the lrt station nearby made getting around so convenient!
the tv in my room seemed old, the sound wasn't great, almost like a monster.
