The reception was super helpful. They quickly assisted with all my questions. My room had a really stylish decor, especially the bathroom! The rooftop pool provided such a refreshing morning dip. I loved starting my days up there.
The soundproofing between rooms was somewhat lacking. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms.

bus stationcleanliness attentiondaily housekeeping
the hotel location is near plaza de armas central bus station. major attractions are accessible by foot. the room are very spacious it also have impeccably cleanliness. daily housekeeping is excellent, its done with great attention to detail.
the hotel room walls were paper thin, i could hear everything from next room. it was very annoying since we couldn't rest.

The room featured two separate beds pushed together. They included separate duvets. these duvets are tucked in tightly between beds. this makes it hard to loosen them at night.
