Superb Location and Clean Hotel

Early check-in was possible, this helped us. The festive Christmas decorations and the maintenance throughout the hotel were noticeable. The hotel is next to the Setas de Sevilla. This made the location ideal for getting around. I unloaded near the Setas because the road was pedestrian-only. Uber was available from there.

During Christmas Eve, there was a leak, water poured through the ceiling, it sounded like rain. Staff promptly moved us.

I saw breakfast selections and staff were busy replenishing items. Guests leaving before breakfast received a prepared breakfast pack. Hotel staff organised it the day before.

the staff provided helpful options for local restaurants. breakfast had a substantial selection and was very good. the cleaning staff refreshed the room even with the do not disturb sign accidentally left on. i will recommend this location to others visiting the area.

the bathroom door did not close fully and the shower drain was slow i had to wait a little longer to shower.

the location proved fantastic. it was quite close to many sites. the nespresso coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. i also liked the complimentary cocktail they provided.

unfortunately, the bathroom door did not close properly. the shower drain barely drained. when i asked for an extra towel, the cleaning lady was a bit rude. she questioned if there were more people in the room.
