The hotel features a musical theme reflected in its unique decor. I found instruments and musical displays throughout the hotel. The rooftop terrace offered sunset views, especially of the cathedral.
The bed linen felt a bit poor in quality, including a small hole in the sheet for three days.

A rooftop terrace provided great views and relaxation opportunities. A pool was available . I noticed the hotel consists of interconnected buildings with some steps.

The reception staff offered a very warm welcome. Staff members were helpful in ordering taxis and providing directions to nearby restaurants. This assistance helped simplify my exploration of the area.

the location was good, a short walk to various points of interest.
the air conditioning malfunctioned, no operating instructions were provided. also, the shower head detached from the wall, maintenance fixed it promptly. but, this should not happen in the first place

Excellent Stay!

The rooftop bar was excellent. I liked that jacuzzi and pool access was available at any time. I also enjoyed the beautiful ground floor decorations with musical instruments like the harp and grand piano. These were lovely touches. The staff were friendly and cute also.
My room was a little small. It lacked sufficient space for clothing storage. Living out of my suitcase became necessary . This impacted my overall experience. I think providing additional space would be beneficial.

The staff demonstrated excellent kindness and attentiveness. They promptly addressed requests. The team also provided assistance with local transportation and directions around the old town. ALL staff are awesome!

The breakfast included a good selection of options. The coffee was really good. The hotel served tasty local pastries. The breakfast staff kept the area very tidy and organised. I REALLY loved the food!
