the staff was attentive. I appreciated the central location close to main attractions. The rooftop pool provided a good escape, especially after exploring nearby streets. Free coffee and pastries in the temporary dining area added a charming touch.

Breakfast included fresh squeezed orange juice, a wonderful START to each day. Complimentary coffee and tea were always available in the temporary dining room providing a comforting break. The pastries WERE delicious.

Our room featured a large, comfortable bed and an assortment of pillows. The room was clean, tidy and very quiet despite the central setting. Ample storage and many mirrors enhanced the space, i loved this.

the staff provided really good assistance, offering recommendations and directions. Ana at the front desk helped arrange a private city tour. Rafael and Antonio offered advice about local restaurants, this was so very helpful to us.

this hotel location is perfect. i walked everywhere with ease. the rooftop pool area rocks with comfy seats and views. i had free coffee all day that was so nice. my room had bath robes, slippers and even sleep kits!
the hotel is doing some work. the lobby seemed a little small because of it.
