The lobby bar had a modern design. It was next to the sushi restaurant. The hotel provided a map at the reception desk. A staff member highlighted points of interest and provided useful food recommendations.
The hotel charged extra for parking.

The gym included various equipment. I counted three treadmills and two stationary bikes in the fitness area. The hotel also featured a sushi restaurant right next door.
The pool opened at 11 AM, which I found a bit late.

i found the staff pleasant. The room I stayed in was very clean and well appointed. The breakfast had many choices (some very good).
The bathroom looked a bit tired. The grout was stained. it was similar to a medium standard hotel in the UK, though.

i ate twice at the Bribone dining room for dinner. A server named Daniel brought our dinners with enthusiasm. The breakfast had lots of choices, some very good, and it was quite a fabulous breakfast.

The room was ok and very clean. The bed size was excellent. It was an extra king size at 220cm. It was a very quiet room, indeed (i slept very well).

the hotel had a great pool where you can relax. Malls are nearby, so that was easy. Taxis are available right outside, and they were reasonable for transport around the city.

the object is very close to all main attractions. Santa Justa, the main train station, is a five-minute walk. It is near everything but not walkable to the city center.

the staff was pleasant and helpful. A special thank you goes to Rosanna, were great. Superb staff provided service all throughout the hotel, so it was a worthwhile experience.
