the rooms size was adequate for what we needed.

I have some complaints. upon arrival, the room was not adequately prepared. Cutlery and towels were only available for two persons even though we reserved for four. i had to constantly request additional items, which became bothersome. the reception staff also failed to acknowledge us when we passed by. I had to initiate eye contact and greetings.

The gym had modern equipment. I saw many treadmills. The pool area had lots of loungers. The room included a good shower. The staff handled smoothly my check in. They explained everything with great passion. I received a welcome plate of fruits. The manager sent it with a note.

The room lacked cutlery upon arrival. It should have matched the number of guests. I had to ask for additional items. This was inconvenient.

The studio had a separate bedroom area. It was so convenient. Kitchen facilities were great with a balcony and two TVs included! The city view from the room was excellent. I even had a partial sea view. The front desk staff was really helpful. The valet service was efficient, and housekeeping kept everything super clean.

I booked six months in advance, I asked about early check-in. I was not properly informed about extra costs! Early check-in was possible only for a significant fee. They never mentioned this charge in earlier exchanges.

Breakfast featured a very good buffet and offered a la carte options too! I appreciated the wide variety of food. The hotel's location allowed easy access to many surrounding restaurants.
