Nice stay with Marina Views
marina view relaxing view spacious room
The Horizon Club room provided needed relaxation. Our request for a marina view room was greatly appreciated. The view from our room proved lovely. It was relaxing to look out the window. The room was spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet lacked some attention. I found canned fruit a bit out of place (in the tropics, i expect fresh fruit!). I hope they improve this aspect, as everything else was fine.

The hotel's Backyard restaurant had happy chefs, and the staff was great. Breakfast offered a varied selection, and the atmosphere was inviting. I was impressed with the range of options (from fresh fruits to pastries).

The staff demonstrated really good kindness and consideration throughout my stay. I appreciated the responsiveness of housekeeping to all requests. The front office manager Alastair and Horizon Club staff member Federica provided superb service and support.

Solid marina stay
convenient access comfortable bed efficient staff expansive view
My stay included convenient access to nearby restaurants. The bed was quite comfortable. The cleaning staff were efficient (i appreciated their hard work). The view from my balcony was expansive and offered nice scenery.
The furniture in the room felt a little dated.

The staff responded quickly to requests. The room service was prompt. The front desk staff were attentive to questions about local attractions, such as the Great Barrier Reef.

The hotel's location near the marina is very convenient. The proximity allows for easy access to boat tours. Many restaurants and shops are within a short walking distance (it is a very walkable area).

The room featured comfortable bedding and sufficient space. The bathroom had a separate shower and tub. Amenities include a mini-fridge and a coffee maker (that i used daily).

great location friendly staff
The location is close to the marina. A short walk gets you to the city center. I found the front desk staff helpful and friendly.
The shower lacked adequate water pressure. There was also a big step into the tub.

I found the buffet breakfast excellent. There was a wide range of options available. The helpful and friendly staff attended to the downstairs area. I found this to be a lovely experience each morning.

My executive marina view suite was spacious. The bed was comfortable. I had a fantastic view overlooking the marina from my room. I appreciated the bottled water provided in the room each day.

The pool area provides loads of space . There are options to sit in or out of the sun. I found poolside snacks and drinks available for purchase. Table tennis was available and the pool was an appealing feature.

harbor view upgrade
harbor view helpful staff nice stay
i received an upgrade to a harbor view room i was very happy the harbor view provided a beautiful scene the staff were always very helpful to me too. this ensured my stay was even more nice they were always smiling.
i expected more parking spots there were not enough spots for large vehicles like mine i had to park in the driveway one night.

the concierge assisted me greatly he facilitated an early check-in upon my very early flight arrival this allowed me access to the pool area prior to checking in i could freshen up.

the hotel's position proved perfect for accessing both the marina and the city all major attractions were conveniently close i could easily explore the waterfront area i found numerous dining options.

the attached restaurant offered amazing meals i had many delicious options to choose from the meals tasted wonderful the service at the restaurant complemented the delicious food providing an lovely dining experience.

nice bar huge shower quietness privacy
the pool area had a nice bar where you could order food. standard rooms have more than enough space and a huge shower cubical existed. i was given the same room as the year before, because i loved the quietness it gave.
the architecture had kilometers of corridors to reach the room.
