newly renovated room beautiful view comfortable bed friendly staff
The staff offered a complimentary upgrade to a renovated room upon learning about my anniversary. The views were amazing. a delicious cake, fresh fruit, and a bottle of champagne were delivered to the room. It was such a nice gesture. the bed was comfortable. It provided a restful sleep. all personnel were efficient and friendly.
i found the pillows to be a little uncomfortable . this small detail slightly impacted my overall experience.

The staff are super helpful and quickly addressed my queries. I felt really supported. manny provided excellent service, hospitality, and kindness throughout my visit. the team is efficient.

clean room lovely smell delicious breakfast great location
the room was clean and smelled lovely. breakfast was delicious through room service. the pool was also a great amenity to use. the location is great with a waterfront view.
check-in was a tad slow at reception.

staff at the bar demonstrated excellent wine knowledge. drinks arrived promptly the next night. thelma provided friendly, high quality service in the restaurant. reception staff were accommodating.

the hotel features a well-equipped gym. there is also a convenient elevator that connects the lobby to the garage for easy car parking. the building itself presents a regal appearance.
