Solid Stay with Spacious Rooms

My room featured comfortable bedding. The shower was large. I especially liked the spa bath. The room design added to the stay. The size of the room was amazing. I found the new room very good. It featured two balconies. The views were awesome.
The hotel did not offer a great atmosphere. The front staff weren't rude, but they also weren't energetic. It didn't.

There are multiple restaurant options inside the building. The breakfast area is located in the walkway to the casino. This location means people walk through while you are eating.

Staff addressed requests quickly. Doormen were excellent. Several front-of-house staff provided good assistance. Megan were really good too assist us with everything we needed, very excellent!

underwhelming service and noisy location
loud clangunresolved issue
the location wasn't as peaceful as i hoped. my room faced a car park exit, each car departure created a loud clanging noise as it drove over metal plates. this noise persisted until about 1 am. additionally, the service fell short of expectations. the on-demand movies in my room had technical issues that were never resolved, despite multiple reports to the front desk.
