I found the shuttle service convenient. It allowed easy access to transportation. The breakfast offered a good choice of options. The staff provided assistance with local accommodations, very thoughtful, and the American breakfast was delicious.. I would order it again.

I noticed only one hook for a towel in the bathroom. I also noted the door's exposed bottom in the bathroom, which allowed odors to escape into the room.

i appreciated the staff checking our rooms to ensure nothing was left behind. they arranged luggage transport directly to the airport. this service was helpful as it ensured we arrived at the airport on time. i am really grateful for their help and support during checkout.

i noticed only one hook for a single towel in the bathroom, inconvenient. there was also no fan in the bathroom. the door has a gap at the bottom so sounds from the bathroom travel into the main room. this impacted sharing the room with someone else.

I appreciated the friendliness of staff. My room included air conditioning. The shower was spacious. I liked the free shuttle to the train station since it helped me move around.

The bathroom had just one hook, and this was not convenient.
