The staff were amazing! they were always super friendly and helpful. the breakfast was really yummy and had a good variety. I especially loved the fresh fruit. the location was close to everything, but surprisingly nice and quiet.
the gym is quite small with only basic equipment available. if more than two people are present, it feels crowded. there is no laundry service available, even though it is advertised on the information sheet in the room. the food was overpriced in the restaurant upstairs. the quality did not match the price. it was a huge let down.

the hotel was close to public transport and restaurants making it easy to get around i found the staff very friendly and helpful especially with directions the room was very comfy and tidy with all necessary amenities provided i also enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar with its nice views.
the breakfast selection could have offered a bit more variety for longer stays it was adequate but became repetitive after a few days.

staff offered prompt assistance at reception and were always polite in interactions housekeeping responded quickly to requests for extra towels and toiletries i appreciate their attentiveness.

the breakfast area was well kept and adequately stocked though limited in options the coffee machine delivered consistent beverages and the pastries were fresh daily i especially liked the available fruit selection.

the hotel's proximity to the bts station provided convenient access to various attractions and shopping centers there were also several restaurants and shops within a short walking distance i found it easy to navigate.
