The staff was very helpful. Each interaction was excellent. The food was delicious. I ordered a green curry at the bar on the 8th floor and the flavor was amazing. Breakfast had a great variety of tasty dishes.
The room was quite small with no view. The hotel room pictures online show a different picture. I was unsure if non-citizens are treated the same way. The reception provided only two bottles of water per day.

The staff were amazing! they were always super friendly and helpful. the breakfast was really yummy and had a good variety. I especially loved the fresh fruit. the location was close to everything, but surprisingly nice and quiet.
the gym is quite small with only basic equipment available. if more than two people are present, it feels crowded. there is no laundry service available, even though it is advertised on the information sheet in the room. the food was overpriced in the restaurant upstairs. the quality did not match the price. it was a huge let down.

the hotel was close to public transport and restaurants making it easy to get around i found the staff very friendly and helpful especially with directions the room was super clean and cozy with all necessary amenities provided i also enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar with its nice views.
the breakfast selection could have offered a bit more variety for longer stays it was adequate but became repetitive after a few days.

staff offered prompt assistance at reception and were always polite in interactions housekeeping responded quickly to requests for extra towels and toiletries i appreciate their attentiveness.

the hotel's proximity to the bts station provided convenient access to various attractions and shopping centers there were also several restaurants and shops within a short walking distance i found it easy to navigate.
