efficient team helpful personnel cute bellboys excessive delay stale chocolates inadequate service
the housekeeping team assigned to room 431 was efficient. they worked between july 2 and july 6, 2025. i found the team always helpful. also i really like the entrance personnel. the bellboys was always cute.
i waited for my coffee for over two hours, unacceptable. even then, it was n't served, it was flat. it turns out chocolates i received were stale. this experience makes me concerned regarding service attention.

helpful staff great food spacious room close malls
the hotel had really helpful staff. the food tasted great. i had a spacious and nice room. it was close to the malls. i didn't experienced any problem . i really appreciated the service.
breakfast lacked finesse. fruits were stale. the bathroom needs an upgrade. there were leakages of water from the shower cubicle.

the hotel location is really great because it is within walking distance of several large shopping malls. forest parks and other green spaces are also nearby.

the hotel provided excellent food across many types of cuisine, satisfying different palates. it is a awesome five star hotel and accessible to everyone. the team is humble and accommodating.

the staff were really professional, always smiling and ready to help with any requests. i noticed great attention from the staff, especially in guest relations, as they upgraded my room and arranged special setups. every team member i met extended genuine courtesy.
