the hotel had really helpful staff. the food tasted great. i had a spacious and nice room. it was close to the malls. i didn't experienced any problem . i really appreciated the service.
breakfast lacked finesse. fruits were stale. the bathroom needs an upgrade. there were leakages of water from the shower cubicle.

the hotel provided excellent food across many types of cuisine, satisfying different palates. it is a awesome five star hotel and accessible to everyone. the team is humble and accommodating.

the staff were really professional, always smiling and ready to help with any requests. i noticed great attention from the staff, especially in guest relations, as they upgraded my room and arranged special setups. every team member i met extended genuine courtesy.
