constant noise room insulation
the location is convenient.
The rooms were not soundproof. I struggled to sleep due to constant noise. a restful night is essential for a hotel stay, and this really impacted my experience.

The gym had adequate equipment. I found the front office staff very helpful with prompt service. Breakfast included a good variety of options to accommodate different tastes.

dusty room forgotten requests
the room was dusty EVERYDAY. i had to ask for toiletries on a DAILY basis. toiletries was not replaced, or i got everything for one person when there were 2 people staying in the room. requests to reception are forgotten.
