The central location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions. My room was very clean and quite spacious. I was happy. Dressing gowns were available in the room, a nice touch. Luggage storage on the departure day proved to be a significant advantage for later explorations.
I noted only a very slight issue with the air conditioning not working perfectly on my floor. the staff offered a fan promptly.

The location was Very nice, so close to all the attractions and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful . I enjoyed the very powerful shower after a long day of exploring. The bed was very comfortable!!!
The A/C on my floor wasn't working . I did receive an offer of a fan if needed. I would have preferred to have fully working A/C.

The breakfast at the Alchemist nearby was very good. Slaughterhouse next door provides a cheap option, that is also good. I found several options for nearby dining , so I was satisfied.

The hotel provides tea in the rooms. Biscuits were refilled on the second day, a nice touch. The bathroom had a generously sized shower, especially for the United Kingdom, so I was happy.

I expected a quiet stay but that just wasn't the case. there was some club music going on downstairs and the bed was even shaking until late. They really should have warned me. the hotel did not mention it. this really does not feel like a four star experience.

The location is very central. I was able to walk everywhere easily. My room included a kettle, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. The staff allowed me to check into my room early, a VERY nice surprise..
The air conditioning unit made a slight rattling sound.

The hotel's location was excellent, very central, close to restaurants and pubs, I could always walk. The room was a decent size. I found the staff friendly and helpful. They provided suggestions for local places to visit and restaurants to try. I was able to leave my bags early and received a call when the room was ready.
The windows are poor, I could hear noise from outside. Pubs were emptying bottles into a bin until around 03am

The standard double room included a comfortable bed and plenty of natural light. An iron and ironing board were available in the room. The bathroom was modern and included shampoo, gel, and a hairdryer. IT included A large shower.

The location is indeed great. I also thought the friendly reception staffs was very nice. The hotel rooms was spacious and was nicely decorated. The bathroom looked modern and clean with a nice double size walk-in shower.
The room had only a couple lamps in the room. There was no overhead light. The carpet and curtains were worn out and outdated also part of the wallpaper was coming away at the top. I was uncomfortable sleeping as I wanted to check the bed but was unable cause of lack of lighting
