Central Location, Comfortable Stay

The hotel's location was excellent, very central, close to restaurants and pubs, I could always walk. The room was a decent size. I found the staff friendly and helpful. They provided suggestions for local places to visit and restaurants to try. I was able to leave my bags early and received a call when the room was ready.
The windows are poor, I could hear noise from outside. Pubs were emptying bottles into a bin until around 03am

The standard double room included a comfortable bed and plenty of natural light. An iron and ironing board were available in the room. The bathroom was modern and included shampoo, gel, and a hairdryer. IT included A large shower.

Wi-Fi WAS reliable and worked well in the room. Bag storage before check-in was AVAILABLE. The reception area was clean and well kept. This gave A good first impression.

The staff offered helpful suggestions about local attractions, this helped me plan my visit. The reception staff allowed early bag drop. The check-in process was quick and easy.

The location is indeed great. I also thought the friendly reception staffs was very nice. The hotel rooms was spacious and was nicely decorated. The bathroom looked modern and clean with a nice double size walk-in shower.
The room had only a couple lamps in the room. There was no overhead light. The carpet and curtains were worn out and outdated also part of the wallpaper was coming away at the top. I was uncomfortable sleeping as I wanted to check the bed but was unable cause of lack of lighting
