The location was very convenient, close to main attractions. Parking available across the road helped. I found the staff helpful during check-in. My room was spacious, providing needed comfort.

train station functional safe ample towels
the hotel's proximity to the train station was a great benefit for my travel. my room included a functional safe and a tv, although it was a bit glitchy sometimes. the bathroom provided ample towels and nice toiletries.
the air conditioning made a noticeable noise, i found it a little distracting at night.

the room had an iron and ironing board, very useful for keeping clothes wrinkle-free. a hairdryer was available, which saved space in my luggage. free wifi access was also included, enabling me to stay connected.

the location is great near the train station and st george's hall parking next door was convenient i had no trouble finding a space the staff were attentive and senior staff were actively involved when busy.
the road system to get to the hotel was slightly confusing

the location was super convenient. i loved how close it was to everything! my room, a beautiful queen room, was really clean and spacious. the breakfast selection was really good, too (i especially loved the fresh fruit!).
The a/c in my room was pretty noisy. It made it hard to sleep. also, i asked for still water at the mobile shop and they didn't have any on either of the two times i checked! i found one staff member to be quite rude, too (not a great experience).

I found the location ideal. It was directly opposite the train station and near a bus station. transportation and food were easily accessible. getting to a football game at anfield stadium was simple, the game day bus was nearby. i appreciated its central location and nearby amenities.
The hotel seemed a little outdated. A minor detail really, but it did stand out slightly.

the staff were very friendly and efficient, especially asha who carefully addressed a couple requests i raised. our room was spacious and clean. the bed was very comfortable. the hotel has high standards in all areas.
i found some of the furniture to be quite tired with a chest of drawers that did not close properly.

i ate breakfast in the hotel, and it was highly recommended with a chef preparing omelettes exactly as guests wanted them. the breakfast included lots of options and an egg station. the hotel also features a bar where one can buy diverse small dishes.

the hotel is located right at the heart of the city centre. the train station is just up the hill from the hotel, providing easy access. most sites and shops are within a ten to fifteen minute walk from the hotel. the hotel is near bus and train stations.

the staff was helpful. the location was really convenient to the train station, only a short walk. my room was on the sixth floor, and it offered a nice view.
i stayed for a saturday night. the coffee machine in the breakfast area was temperamental! it broke down a couple times. a fan was provided and broke.
