The check-in process was EASY and very smooth. The breakfast was REALLY tasty, so perfect. Aqua di Parma cosmetics added a special Italian touch to the experience, something i adored.

The shower leaked in the initial room, WHAT a mess. The towel heater was not working. A BIG inconvenience. Maintenance of that initial room was poor. It forced a room change.
