The hotel provided an umbrella . A thoughtful touch. upon departure, i received complimentary water bottles. they also gave me a beautiful parting gift as a token of appreciation. the hotel staff supported my travel arrangements by scheduling a taxi to the airport.
The check-in process took longer than expected. I waited a full hour.

the staff was attentive and very kind to me. there is no better location to see all the sights and for shopping and restaurants. the perfect service.

my room was a sanctuary with beautiful appointments and high-quality bedding. it included a gorgeous marble bathroom and excellent air conditioning. i found the bed very comfortable and the shower offered an excellent experience.

The breakfast was nice and delicious. I enjoyed my meals. the rooftop bar provided an experience before and after dinner. prices for drinks are a bit high, but the view and ambiance were worth it.
