a mixed experience
downgraded room
I found a few issues . It barely accommodated two people and seemed outdated, not even indicating which floor you were on. also, the front desk staff initially gave me a room that didn't match what i booked. i had paid for accommodation for five people, but they offered a downgraded room until i complained. there was no complimentary coffee, tea, or even bottled water available in the room either.

the breakfast was delicious and various the view from the restaurant was very beautiful the reception staff were very helpful especially mr orhan he was kind friendly and patient i wish to thank also the waiter ali for his great attitude. mr abdallah always greeted us with a smile and a warm hospitality our stay was great thanks to all the staff members i will come back again.
the room was expendable and very annoying.

the breakfast was really good for me. i liked the hotel staff, they are very friendly people. the hotel's location, it is excellent. i can easily reached sultanahmet because a tramway is near there.
the room size was very small than the picture showed. the hotel is very outdated. beds was small for me, and a little bit uncomfortable.

The breakfast had a great selection. The manager was very helpful. He accommodated us when we wanted to extend our stay and upgrade to a bigger room. He allowed us to check in early. The hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness.
