The cottage was very comfy and roomy for our anniversary celebration. breakfast was lovely. It was nice to have our own cottage. i found the outside plants and landscaping very pretty.
the reception staff didn't ask if i had a nice stay, though she asked the guest in front of me.

The room included quality bedding and a comfortable bed. a great shower was also present. i could log in to youtube and amazon prime on the tv. That was good for children.

Staff were very friendly. They were very helpful. the reception is a great resource. tom at reception saved our trip when a late train made it necessary for us to find a taxi for my father.

the reception team was very cute and helpful upon arrival. the breakfast had plenty of options, and staff were always available. the onsite parking was convenient, and the hotel is near key attractions (i found this very useful).
The cottage lacked proper heating. It was cold upon arrival, and the air conditioning units only blew cold air. we needed extra bedding to make the sofa bed comfortable (i had to use towels as a makeshift mattress protector).
