I noted the hotel was close to Keswick and Helvellyn. The staff, Floria in particular, were friendly. Rooms provide coffee and tea. Wood floors work well, especially with muddy boots.
I found traffic sounds too loud due road proximity.

The coffee shop inside offers service until late hours, around 9 p.m. I saw alcohol available, and that adds convenience. Emergency help becomes available due a house nearby for any need.

I appreciated the central location providing easy access to attractions like Keswick. The staff demonstrated friendliness at all times. The breakfast offers a continental selection that met my expectations. The cafe has a wide selection of snack options available.
The room was near the road, and the noise from passing cars affected sleep especially with the window open during warm nights.

Our Double or Twin Room featured comfortable beds and ample space. It was really nice. A television with several channels offered entertainment. The room has tea and coffee making facilities, I do appreciated that.
