the location is very nice, right on nanjing road. key metro lines are easily accessible. breakfast included good variety of asian and western dishes.
the concierge service was inconsistent. some staff were helpful with taxis. other times they lacked key information regarding tourist spots.

The concierge seemed uninterested. I asked about local attractions, but the staff member barely looked up from their phone. also, my room felt a bit cramped and dated for what i expected. the bathroom needed some work. The hairdryer smelled like it was burning and was all sticky.

The location was good. It was close to everything i needed.
the room was not great. the air conditioning did not work well, and it was uncomfortably warm in the room. also, i found that the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, and there was hair in the shower drain which i found disgusting
