fantastic stay!
friendly staffextensive range
i stayed in the executive room, it was very spacious. the bed was big and very comfortable, i loved the two types of pillows provided. the staff were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. the breakfast had an extensive range of food!!!

the hotel is conveniently located near several amenities. a metro station is a short five minute walk away. also, many restaurants are within a five to ten minute walk.

the room had well kept timber floor. it blended seamlessly with the wooden furniture. the bathroom was spacious and bright, a plus! the beds provided great comfort. the tv size was ample.
i noticed the location is a little far from bustling nanjing road and the bund. taxi service might be needed to access them quickly. however, yu garden is accessible by walking distance.

the staff was very friendly, and i checked in three hours early. i also appreciate the big rooms. They had good breakfast, and the location was perfect.

the location allowed easy access to many famous sights by walking.
during check-out, the front desk staff rushed me to pay. they seemed impatient and spoke from a distance. also, amenities like toothbrushes and shower caps were absent. there was no convenient place for didi cars to wait because of yellow lines in front of the hotel.
