Excellent Location and City Views
convenient location easy access city views
I appreciated the quick walk to the central train station.. public transportation was easily accessible. Getting to the airport and port terminal from here was convenient. The hotel connects directly to a shopping center with a 24-hour grocery store. I also enjoyed the breakfast with great views of the city from the higher floor.
The room doors are quite old, and I noticed poor sound isolation. Every word from the corridor was audible, including conversations and vacuum cleaning. It would be beneficial if they could change the doors to improve this situation.

The staff were friendly and efficient, readily available to assist with inquiries and requests. Their attentiveness contributed positively to the overall experience. I appreciated the quick resolutions to minor issues.

clean room warm staff advantageous location
I secured a superior queen room and found it clean. The staff greeted me with warm smiles each morn. The hotel's nearness to the main train station proved advantageous for my travels.
The elevator system had small capacity, sometimes required waits.

convenient location central train station helpful staff
The location was convenient near the central train station. shopping districts and several restaurants were steps away from the hotel. the staff was polite and genuinely helpful. I appreciated this level of service.
The doors were old, and i could hear every word when people walked by in the corridor. Some sound isolation would improve the stay

central location expansive view small room broken toilet seat
The location near the central station made getting around so easy. I also appreciated the breakfast served at the restaurant. The views were expansive. I enjoyed observing city life. This was a relaxing treat.
The room was a little too small for my liking, It felt cramped with two large suitcases. I also noticed that the toilet seat was broken. It should be a focus.

the location worked great. it was close to many things. and the shops and supermarket below made things very easy. i especially enjoyed the easy access to amenities!

great location central location comfortable room cozy room amazing decor breakfast quality inconsistent cleaning inconvenient milk placement
the location proved excellent. i found it very close to the train station, a real convenience for me. the room had lovely decor and felt quite comfortable (a nice haven after my travels). i could have definitely stayed longer to fully appreciate it.
The breakfast had some shortcomings. the scrambled eggs seemed undercooked, and i often skipped breakfast. i also noticed that milk wasn't always placed near the cereal. i sometimes had to request that my room be cleaned. It should have been more consistent.
