I was quite disappointed with the room. it felt dated and cramped, not what i expect from a hotel of this supposed caliber. the tv remote didn't work properly either. I had to get up and manually change the channels, quite annoying

the room was super comfortable and clean, i got a city view, awesome! the staff was really nice and helpful. breakfast had a great variety of food choices (the croissants were my favorite!). the location is very convenient, with several trams/metro and buses nearby, and it's only a short walk to the central station.
The gym is a little basic. It could use some more equipment.

The breakfast buffet had many choices. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and the selection of local jams. the restaurant offered a diverse menu with both local and international dishes available. there was also a great selection of fresh fruit juices and smoothies.

my room had a comfortable bed, a large tv, and a mini-fridge. the bathroom was modern and well-equipped with quality toiletries and a rainfall shower. the air conditioning worked perfectly, and i had a quiet undisturbed sleep.

the staff was always very polite and willing to help with any requests i had. check-in was quick and easy, and the concierge provided great recommendations for local attractions. the housekeeping staff kept my room super clean, and i appreciated the turn-down service.

the hotel is located within easy walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and public transport options. it's also close to several parks and the waterfront, perfect for a stroll. the central location made it easy to explore different parts of the city.

I visited the destination in 2024. Linnamäki is a short distance away. It is a 30-minute walk or 15 minutes by public transport. I was given an upgrade and an early check-in (very appreciated). Breakfast featured a diverse array of choices.
The pool did not match the picture. It was very small.
Service

Staff members at the front desk were attentive and reacted quickly to assist our friend after an injury. They disinfected the wound and gave us everything needed (very helpful). Hassan provided really good service in both the Executive Lounge and at breakfast.

The creamy soup, however, was divine. The breakfast buffet offered many vegan options, including potatoes, mixed broiled vegetables, and beans in tomato sauce.
