decent stay at this location
great locationfriendly staffbad service
i liked that the location was great. the room had two queen beds for the four of us. the hotel staff are friendly and did a good job.
the hotel never confirmed or responded when i tried to extend my stay. they booked the extra night but charged me anyway. customer service is really bad.

the location is prime and surrounded by restaurants. it is near rockefeller center and time square. there is a subway and a supermarket close. it is a walk to subways and shopping.

The location was acceptable and I did not have any trouble accessing nearby attractions.
The room needed maintenance. The electrical sockets were loose and felt unsafe. One of the lamps did not work. I had to unplug it to turn it off! the bathroom was very cramped. There was hardly room to hang towels after showering.
