The room was large and clean. A quality coffee machine was topped up daily as was bottled water. An iron, hairdryer and robe and slippers were provided. There was a smart fridge and safe box I found very practical.
The heating system in my room was loud it kept me awake unless I shut it off then it felt cold.

The room included a very comfortable king bed. A smart TV offered many channels and streaming options. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and premium toiletries were supplied daily. Blackout curtains ensured a dark room at night.

Really good Downtown Stay

I found the staff to be very cute and professional, always ready to help. The hotel's location downtown made it easy to access many businesses and restaurants. My room was also very clean. It had comfortable furnishings and was well-suited for a productive trip. I would gladly stay here again.
I did find the towels had a slight smell. The shower tray in the room would fill with standing water while showering. The rooms also felt dark and outdated.

The room heating system was loud. It kept me awake all night unless I turned it off and froze. I also found the breakfast quality to be poor. There was only one option included. overall, it was not the GREAT experience I HOPED for.
