central location with amazing staff

rosie, a staff member, gave me the best service ever. the location has central, and there is a supermarket very near. there is also a pharmacy just across the road. i found a top roof bar where i did relax in the evening.
i found that bathroom was a bit TINY , made movement slightly difficult.

the hotel provides valet parking for 20 euros, should you arrive with a rental car and struggle with city parking. a supermarket is located directly next door, which i found convenient. a pharmacy sits just across the road.

rooms offer great space and comfort, and i was very happy with the room. my double or twin room included a balcony with a table and seating that overlooked Corso Italia. everything was provided in the room as it was listed.

staff offered really good service, were friendly, and were professional with ALL guests. extra towels were supplied very promptly, and the staff were happy to get coffee from the kitchen before breakfast opened. the staff were kind and helpful.

The location proved convenient for accessing tours.. restaurants were easily reachable from here too. staff responded quickly to all requests. i especially liked rosie, the housekeeper. She always seemed attentive.
My room faced a wall, so natural light was scarce. this meant the room felt stuffy, even with ventilation. i wasn't moved to a room with a proper window until my final day.. it was quite disappointing. the shower drain needed unclogging. The water overflowed.

the breakfast was awesome i thought.
the room window faced a wall covered by a curtain so i got no sunlight. it also lacked fresh air and that bothered me. only on the last day of my visit was i moved to a room with a proper window though

The hotel is near the main piazza. a grocery store is conveniently next door. I found it very useful. the staff were helpful when i asked for directions! the ferry to capri is within walking distance.
i did find the mattress in my room a little too firm for my liking.

a decent stay overall

the staff was friendly. the breakfast selection was quite good. i really liked the rooftop bar! it had such a fun vibe at night, i enjoyed the music and atmosphere.
the shower's hair trap needed declogging, the shower was overflowing because of it. i also found it annoying that the umbrellas weren't put up at the rooftop bar in the afternoon, we really needed some shade up there.
