i had a really awesome stay the breakfast buffet was a total knockout i loved it the kids were all about the swimming pool they had a blast. the gardens blew my mind as a photographer i was in heaven capturing fine shots i even convinced some of them to pose. the staff were so nice they really looked after everyone i felt super relaxed like i'd escaped to a whole new world.
the gym felt a bit small i noticed it only had a few machines.

The exterior of the building matches the lovely grounds. Staff were consistently friendly. They were also helpful. The restaurant had an interesting a la carte menu.
My bedroom felt a little cold. There was no proper mirror for makeup application, and the lighting was not good. I had to climb into the bath for a shower.

the breakfast had delicious scones (i especially loved the pastry chef's work).
The beautiful room i booked differed significantly from the website's photos. the bathroom was very basic. Showering meant pulling a useless curtain around the bath, and the whole area flooded.

the room had a very comfortable bed. i enjoyed the delicious breakfast and used the thermal suite after checkout, lovely. the staff was professional and accommodating, i felt really welcomed and taken care of.

The food in the bar was AMAZING!!! i couldn't finish my burger, it was so big. breakfast was also quite good. The selection was ample. the hotel gardens were lovely, a perfect spot for a gentle walk after breakfast.
The balcony could have been cleaner. There was some dust on the railings.

Alex greeted us warmly and gave us a room with a balcony. The room overlooked the grounds with trees and flowers. I found a cake and note from the Customer Relations Manager, John, to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel provided many room amenities , so I did not need to pack toiletries.
The dance floor felt small at the function room , it may have been a choice of the couple.
