nice breakfastfriendly stafffurnished room
the breakfast was a highlight, i had the nicest breakfast i have ever had in a hotel. the staff was very friendly and professional, everyone. the room was comfortable and very well furnished.
the wi-fi was a little slow, i think there could be some improvements there.

Really good stay and service

Alex greeted us warmly and gave us a room with a balcony. The room overlooked the grounds with trees and flowers. I found a cake and note from the Customer Relations Manager, John, to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel provided many room amenities , so I did not need to pack toiletries.
The dance floor felt small at the function room , it may have been a choice of the couple.

The room was excellent, with a great view and a balcony. The bed was large and comfortable , ensuring restful sleep. Room service was prompt and efficient , attending to requests quickly.

The thermal suites were relaxing and among the best structures I visited. The spa was superb and offered an extensive menu of services. The hotel grounds featured gardens , ideal for leisurely walks.

Johannes at reception was cute and informative , and provided really good service. Luke at the restaurant was attentive , and the service was seamless. The staff was well-trained , efficient , and helpful.
