The free shuttle service to the heliport was very useful for my early flight. the location near the airport made my travel simple. the room was clean and tidy with a working heater. the staff were helpful. I found them very good when i had a small issue.
the prices for food and drinks at the bar were higher than i expected. this made me limit my consumption.

separate tapsdangerous door stopper
The bathroom fixtures felt dated. Separate taps made getting the water temperature right a hassle. the room's door stopper was a HUGE hazard! I stubbed my toe on it and it protruded from the carpet. IT really needs to be fixed for safety reasons.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. the proximity to the airport was excellent with a free shuttle bus which i used early in the morning. my room was clean.
the reception area could have been friendlier upon arrival.
