the location was great near the carvery. the rooms were very clean. air conditioning added a nice luxury here.
i noticed the shower only provided scalding hot water. i reported this issue to the management. unfortunately, they could not fix it until after we left.

the room offered ample space for my family. air conditioning was effective. breakfast included a good selection of cooked and continental items. the chef accommodated my dietary needs at dinner, which i appreciated a lot.

the hotel has a good position with plenty of parking spaces available. it is situated near the m6, yet remains quiet and peaceful. this makes it easy to access while still providing a relaxed environment.

excellent cleanlinessefficient staff
the room had everything i needed for a one-night stop. cleanliness was excellent throughout (i noticed it immediately). the meals i booked were delicious. the staff provided friendly and efficient service.
the breakfast croissants were slightly dry.
