The room offered a large television with preinstalled Netflix. I found this VERY convenient. The hotel provided a complimentary adapter for charging my devices! Daily housekeeping kept the space tidy. Towels were replaced, and the bed was made each day.
I waited several minutes during peak hours.

The room upgrade to a high floor was a total surprise. I enjoyed amazing skyline views. The check-in process was fast and smooth. The hotel's cleanliness and well-organized breakfast impressed me.
The beds were a bit too short. This made restful sleep a challenge. A taller person may struggle to find comfort.

the location was really accessible. i was able to walk to several tourist destinations, and subway entrances were very close. there were nice restaurants nearby, made finding dinner easy. the staff were friendly and very helpful.
the gym lacked some equipment, but it wasn't a big issue
