a perfect escape
clean roomcomfortable bedlarge bathroomsafe luggage
the room was clean the bed was really comfortable the bathroom is huge i just asked for anything and they delivered immediately they kept our luggage safe before check in and after check out
the temperature control was not great the room was quite cold when i arrived

the beautiful queen room included a comfortable queen bed with soft linens it offered ample space and had large windows the room also included a coffee maker with complimentary coffee capsules.

a fitness center is on site and is open to all guests it features cardio equipment and weight machines there's also complimentary access to a business center with computers and printing services for guest convenience.

the concierge service was responsive they offered immediate assistance with any requests i had the staff was helpful arranging transportation and providing directions they were polite and professional when i engaged with them.

a stay with some drawbacks
slow room serviceobstructed view
I wasn't thrilled with the room service. it was quite slow, and the food arrived cold. also, the promised city view from my room wasn't really what i expected. It was partially obstructed by another building. it was not what i had anticipated based on the hotel's description and cost. i was let down by these issues.

the room was spacious. the bathroom was nicely done and well laid out. the tapas restaurant was quite good! the ambience provided a great stay.
The mini fridge had nothing inside and was turned off. there was no drinkable water in the room. the hotel took a lot of time to store our luggage. The staff did not look like one team.
