diverse breakfastroom cleaning
The breakfast had diversity. There were some changes every day.
The housekeeping did not clean the room during my two-day business stay , instead just taking out the trash can from the bathroom.

The room was very clean and offered a sleek design. Breakfast presented diverse , rich options prepared with care. The lobby and common areas showcased a stylish stage concept that added to the unique atmosphere.

The gym has many machines and weights , allowing any fitness enthusiast to maintain their routine. Wi-fi was reliable and supported seamless video calls , which is helpful for blending work with travel.

Breakfast was extensive , offering many choices to suit various tastes. I found several hot dishes , a seafood selection , various snacks and drinks , all presented to ensure a satisfying start to the day.

faulty air conditioningunpleasant receptionist
the air conditioning in the room did not function correctly. it was hot and despite 3 calls to reception, no one resolved the issue. the person who checked us in was very unpleasant and arrogant. the surcharge for a tiny dog was almost as much as for the room itself.

a nice stay

the breakfast had many options (a good start to each day). our comfort king room was clean and spacious. the tram stop was very near, about 200m from the hotel. it made getting around simple.
The location is a bit far from the city centre. A longer journey by tram and metro is necessary.

the staff handled requests efficiently and with warmth (it was quite noticeable). i found the service professional and genuinely helpful. i would highly recommend this place.
