I found the location really great. the reception staff took care to provide a room with three beds as i was traveling with my two sons. the staff was helpful with the room change. It was a nice gesture.
i noticed a bad musty smell in my room. the bathroom could have used a better cleaning! if two people shower one after the other, the hot water might run out quickly.

Excellent Stay at a Central Location

The staff was very helpful . I was able to secure a late check out without any issues. The breakfast provided a nice selection of high-quality foods. The hotel's location allowed easy access to the main attractions in the area.
I found parking problematic. It was impossible to stop directly in front of the building to load luggage. I needed to park several blocks away at a cost of $23 each night.

The hotel is accessible to the town center. I could easily walk. The old town square was also nearby so I could explore the historic area. A tram stop is close by.

I loved the room size! The rooms are very large and provided lots of space to relax after exploring. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! It had a wide variety of options, including both continental and cooked selections. I found the staff to be helpful. They gave excellent guidance on local attractions and transportation.
The room décor felt a bit outdated. Some minor updates could definitely enhance the overall experience.

The suite featured a kitchen area equipped with a refrigerator. There were also two separate sinks and a very modern rainfall shower. The suite was particularly spacious and very clean.

The hotel offers a restaurant, also serving Spanish tapas. Pre-booked airport taxi service worked perfectly. The driver even called me upon arrival at passport control to confirm his location, GREAT service.

Breakfast had both indoor and outdoor dining areas available. The breakfast selection included plentiful continental choices. There was also a very good selection of hot items. Dining areas are cool and very spacious.
