single beds bathroom issues
the apartment block was WELL maintained.
I requested a double bed. Instead, two single beds were pushed together. a gap remained between them. the bathroom looked clean initially. the washbasin drain was blocked and the bidet leaked, leading to wet, slippery floors, DISAPPOINTING.

small kitchenette constant heating
the studio i booked was quite underwhelming , despite the photos online. the kitchenette was very small and barely functional. i was also disappointed that the heating seemed to be on full blast constantly , especially at night. even after i asked about it, nothing changed , so i had to keep the window open , then trams kept me awake.

clean apartment welcomed gift daily housekeeping seamless check-out
The apartment was impeccably clean. i found a good bottle of prosecco awaiting me, a welcomed gift. housekeeping visited daily during my short stay. This was such a lovely surprise! the reception staff were very kind, and both check-in and check-out were seamless.
the horizontally positioned windows in my room were a bit small.

The building includes tram stops very nearby for easy city travel. a mini supermarket stays open late. That's such a convenient amenity. the location is also very close to the vltava river. Walks there were just gorgeous.

Denise helped me so much with printing my conference papers, it was so sweet. lucie offered a transfer service with her daughter. They were just wonderful. the warmth of the people is beyond nice. I felt so cared for.

The superior studio included a nespresso coffee machine, which i adored!!! there was also a washing machine with soap, an amazing detail. the bed was good, and the room had a great view. It was really good.

There were numerous eating places nearby, including options for breakfast. It was very convenient. the apartment included a kitchen. It was well-equipped for meals. i enjoyed the nearby restaurants so much. The food was AMAZING!!!

useful kettle useful microwave lack of air conditioning uncomfortably warm
the room had a kitchenette with a kettle and a microwave it was useful.
the lack of air conditioning was a problem only fans were available the room became uncomfortably warm during the day i found this disappointing.

Wonderful Stay in a Fantastic Location
amazing location spacious environment efficient service
I recommend this hotel highly. The location was amazing. Major attractions were easily accessible on foot. The apartment provided many amenities and a spacious environment. The taxi service to and from the airport was efficient and punctual. I found my first visit quite easy and comfortable (I would come back here in a heartbeat!).
The decor had a few lampshades in a rather unique purple tone.
