I found the staff very friendly. They even delivered packages to my room. the room was clean and well appointed. i liked the full english breakfast. It included a range of options such as oat milk, very welcome. also, the location was convenient, with a bus stop right outside the gate.

The initial entry process was a bit confusing as i had to call for the access code. This could be streamlined for easier access.

the room was a good size with lovely decor and it was spotlessly clean. full english breakfast was served. there was lots of choice including cereals, croissants, fruit, and yogurt. ann, who served our breakfast, was so lovely and friendly.

on arrival, the hotel and room looked up to the standard of the pictures on the website. the heating wasn't on, so the room was freezing. we asked staff how to turn it on but was told that the heating was on a timer and nothing could be done.
