the rooms had everything i needed for my stay, a pleasant surprise, i suppose.
The noise levels were off the charts. I could hear every conversation and door opening. It reminded me of i was part of some weird eavesdropping experiment, i'd say. management did nothing to fix it, quite the letdown.

The location was quite convenient, only a short walk to many attractions. the room was clean. The bed felt very comfortable. i appreciated the provided information booklet, it was very helpful. the ironing board worked well. It was a modern model.
the welcome pack lacked directions to the shared kitchen. it would have been more helpful with those directions.

the staff responded quickly to a minor request i had. they were always available and helpful via phone. the check-in process was seamless and very easy.

This hotel's location is excellent. Many key sites are within walking distance. several restaurants and shops are located very close by. i found it easy to get around from this spot.

the shared kitchen included multiple cereal options and tea. coffee and sugar were provided, however milk was not available. i found the shared kitchen clean.

the en suite room was equipped better than i anticipated. the bathroom was clean and well stocked with toiletries. the room was relatively quiet despite the central location.
