fantastic stay
great choices friendly owners
The breakfast included great choices and they asked if i needed anything else. the location is also good. It is not far from the railway station and amenities. i found everything i needed in my room and an ironing board with iron were available. the owners were friendly.
The tv was too small. It was high up. it needs to be lower or put on the unit.

Acceptable Stay
friendly host full english fresh fruit bedroom door security issue personal belonging
The hosts, Alan and Dean, were quite amicable. Breakfast included a full English option. Cereal and fresh fruit were also available each morning.
My bedroom door did not lock properly . I contacted the owner about this issue, though it was not fixed . I had to take my belongings with me when I left the room each day for security.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay.
inconsistent hot water stuffy room
The location was convenient as it was near the train station.
The hot water was inconsistent. It took a long time to heat up and then turned cold unexpectedly. the main windows could not be opened, the room became quite stuffy. I was expecting more, given other places I've stayed,.

easy access tram stop breakfast service fab host unsecured door bedroom door unclean shower dirty shower camera problem poor camera
the location was very close to the tram stop. it was a five minute walk, so getting around was easy. the breakfast service was good. i found the hosts fab.
the bedroom door didn't lock. i did call the owner to fix the problem but he said they camera in properly. the shower wasn't clean.
