i noticed the absence of a coffee maker in the room. I understand that amenities can change. its availability during a previous visit was something i appreciated.

I appreciated the easy access to the metro station. It made exploring the city very convenient. The rooftop pool provided a refreshing escape after a day of sightseeing. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It offered many options (especially the fresh pastries!). The underground car park was useful as I had my own car.
The decor in the room was somewhat simple.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating during check-in. The rooftop pool, bar, and restaurant provided excellent scenic views. I enjoyed my time at the breakfast with a broad selection of food in the buffet. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean..
I experienced some noise late at night. Guests were talking loudly and shouting in the corridors on my floor. I contacted reception about the noise, but NO effective action was taken.
