The hotel is gorgeous. i loved the architectural blend with flora and nature. the grounds are beautifully maintained. I especially loved the vegetable gardens! the animals wandering around are so cute too!!!
the bottled water in the room came with a charge i was not expecting.

The staff were friendly and hospitable . Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. i found them very attentive and always ready to assist with a smile, which really enhanced the experience. their attention to detail was above anything i have ever seen!!!

i found several frogs that were very noisy at night. there were also many stray cats around the hotel. the sushi i ordered one evening arrived still frozen.

The heated pool reached a perfect 28 degrees. The shuttle service to the new town medina was very handy. I found the gardens fine, the groundskeepers did a great job.
The staff seemed untrained, and often got multiple things wrong. The food was terrible, I got food poisoning from the restaurant. Stray cats were everywhere, it was a little unsettling.

i appreciated the abundant greenery and shaded areas. there were beautiful pathways for calm strolls (the gardens were so peaceful!). the staff were always polite and eager to help. it was easy to arrange transportation for trips to the city.
i noticed several stray cats throughout the hotel. it was not really a problem, but people with allergies should be aware of this.
